I downloaded the Export Contact App, but it didn't export my contact addresses.

Is there another step to do this?

Export Contact is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support

Contacts are not stored locally on any iPhone. They are synced to email account that you have added. Google, iCloud, AOL, Outlook, Yahoo, Exchange or any Other
