My private photo vault - Pic Safe app was accidentally deleted from my phone , how can I please retrieve all my photos and documents

Have you tried reinstalling the app to see if it will pick up the data? Do you have a backup you can restore from?
Restoring from a backup erases all data currently on your device. Any data newer than when the backup was made will be erased. A restore is an all or nothing restore.
