Battery
If you leave your IPhone plugged into the outlet to charge all night will it caused the battery to wear down and act up?
Will it have any negative affects?

Iphones have a cool feature that it knows that it is close to 100 percent charged it charges it slower so that it won't overwork/ overcharge the battery. I personally try not to just because you can charge it before you go to bed, but nothing bad will happen if it is plugged in all night
I use iphones since 2008 and I've always charged them overnight, everynight.
Battery life won't be affected, since it's measured in cycles.
1 charging cycle = from 0 to 100%
1/2 charging cycle = from 50 to 100%
1/4 charging cycle = from 75 to 100%
Iphones batteries lifesfan is around 500 cycles.
The olny precaution is, if possbile: do not let the battery level go down below 20%

Leaving your iPhone plugged in is fine. It cannot be overcharged.
Excellent response from ProustGiulio.
And here is very much the same response in another thread:
i think this will decrease the battery life.
I owe you a coffee....:-)
