Cannot add itunes music to ipod nano

Not able to add itunes music to ipod nano . Getting error to enable icloud music on ipod .

Apple Music tracks can't be put on an iPod nano; the iCloud Music library isn't available for it either.

Then how can i add songs to ipod nano ? Download it and then add it ?

You can add songs and albums you've individually bought or gotten from a source other than the iTunes Store in the way you tried adding the Apple Music ones.
