Apple ID

I had an existing Apple ID and forgot my password I tried to reset my password but apple emailed me and said I was locked out , how do I recover the Apple ID ?

locked apple id i had forgotten my apple id password and unfortunately i over tried it until it got locked, and also the exact same thing happened to my back-up email and i have no access to that either:(( , After a while i found the real password of my apple id written on a paper in my room:)) but the problem is, it doesn't let me use it anymore because it's locked! please someone help me out:((
