weird thing in the middle of my ipad

my ipad has this thing in the middle and i can’t access any apps or restart it. is there any way to fix this?

Looks like keyboard shortcuts. If you have a BT keyboard paired, try pressing the command+H keys as suggested.


Otherwise, you'll need to force restart the iPad: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
