Itunes purchase error

Everytime I try to make an in-app purchase, I get an error message saying my purchase cannot be completed at this time. All my credit card information is valid and correct. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

If you are also getting a message to contact iTunes Support then yes, other do get the message. To fix it you contact iTunes Support :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
