How do I get device management in my settings? I went to look for it and it wasn’t there
iPhone XR, iOS 12
If it is your individually owned iPhone and have not installed any corporate / enterprise client data including corporate client emails of your organisation / enterprise then the Device Management will not be there.

Have you installed a profile that could make that section appear?
