An “iTunes account” does not exist.

Some of the possible meanings of your post are:

Your Apple ID is disabled. If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
You subscribed to Apple Music, and the subscription lapsed. Manage your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support
