Newbie question from non-newbie (I'm ashamed)

Guys/gals -

I'm just putting my studio back together after a 4 month cross country move, and apparently I have forgotten things.

Specifically, every time I start my tune instead of starting at 0:0:0 it always jumps to around the 3 second mark and then begins to play. I made sure I had no markers set, and my loop is from the beginning to about 30 seconds.

How can I get this beast to start playing from the beginning?
