Contact Support in the country where you now live, and which is therefore the country you have to change to : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on yourhttp://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww now live ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
