Restart the Wi-Fi Router, as per your Internet Service Providers instructions.

Restart your iMac, open the Network Preferences and reconnect it to your Wi-Fi Router.

If the iMac doesn't connect, see > Check for Wi-Fi issues using your Mac - Apple Support

If your iMac connects without internet service, then call your Internet Service Provider for assistants.
