This Apple ID could not be activated
After I registered my new Apple ID for my travel, it told me to activate my account in 2minutes, but when I got back and refreshed, the website showed This Apple ID could not be activated

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary, there is a contact link.
Apple Support by e-mail or chat Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
