iPhone 8 Restrictions - NOT In "General" in Settings

I'm trying to hide an app on my phone, and keep reading that I go into "Restrictions" under "Settings" in my phone. There are also tons of posts of people saying RESTRICTIONS IS NOT IN "GENERAL" ON THE IPHONE 8, HOW DO I TURN THEM ON? and people responding "Go into general and turn on restrictions."

If you DO know - there are TONS of people trying to find this info, so this little hissy fit is not aimed at you and we would love for you to share! :)
