Now Safari Browser will not work?? I made sure that it is still my default Browser, But will not work still. Help. I also reinstalled High Sierra to no avail.. Thank You Much for the Help..

I concur with BobTheFisherman. The last time I installed a Norton product on my Mac, it took a whole day to get the computer running properly again.
You don't need Norton.
