Hello Mobile APN settings, Can not activate!

I was told by Hello Mobile Tech support that I needed to contact Apple to get the APN setting for their service on my Unlocked iPhone 6s. I have never heard of that before! But I have been trying for days to get my ported number and service to work on Hello Mobile. I don't know what else to try? I have tried to do several "Network Resets" and restarted the phone and taken the sim card out and putting back in.. Nothing is working!

APN settings are generally automatic when your phone is provisioned by a mobile carrier. You may need to install a carrier update as described here-->Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. You need to at minimum have a voice connection for this to work.
