- Verify that you are using the same Apple ID on your device, as was used for the Family Sharing group.
- Verify that the Family Sharing group has an Apple Music Family subscription to share with the group members.
- Only the Family Sharing organizer should get an Apple Music Family subscription. The other group members get access without subscribing themselves.
The pre-existing Individual subscription should expire automatically after the current billing period, and transition into the Family subscription.
