Accidentally removed device.

I removed my iPhone 8 on accident from my account as I was trying to restore it after my son attempted to put the passcode in too many times 🙄 yea so connect to iTunes. As I was starting for some reason I removed it from my account am I able get it to reappear? Basically I just wanna erase it cause it’s backed up and everything but that’s a bit difficult if I’m not able to choose it as an option! Only one it shows is my iPhone XR. The 8 is listed a few different places like my Verizon account, on my iPhone XR in a couple different areas, but not on my Apple Account or ICloud 🤦🏼‍♂️ How does that happen 🤷🏼‍♂️ Anyway if someone can help I’d be quite grateful!

iPhone 8

Hello, Alp_1980.

I've been through this myself. From what I've read and understand, you want to know how you removed your devices from the account. To start, if you ever need to erase your disabled device, follow the steps in this article: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

To answer your other question about removing your device, these articles explain how it can be done depending on which method you attempted:

View and remove your associated devices in iTunes

Find My iPhone: Remove your device

iCloud: Manage your devices in Settings on iCloud.com

Let me know if this helps.

Cheers!
