How do you set a pin# for your Apple Pay on your wallet

You cannot set a pin for the wallet. Apple Pay is your bank card. When I use Apple Pay it just goes through and I don't have to sign anything. If I have to use my pin, it is my bank card pin. If this is not what you are talking about please provide a detailed description of what you want help with.
