Dual Sim

There are several middle eastern countries with carriers that support the eSIM already.

Including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.

For other countries and carriers, as mentioned, the carrier is the one that needs to support the feature. Apple cannot just arbitrarily add them.

eSIM support is a carrier thing. Apple can't just add them. The carriers have to offer support for the eSIM.

We're just users like yourself, not aware about Apple and/or wireless carriers future plans, sorry.
