Help!
iPhone 8 stuck with the circle spinning like when your shutting down your phone. Not sure what to do or if it’s toast.

First try holding in the side button and see if it will start again.
If that doesn't work try a forced restart: press and release the volume up button, then press and release the volume down button then press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo then let go of the button.
