Get Same Apple Music on a new phone

I recently got a new iPhone and new phone number on a different line than I had before, and on my old line I had Apple Music with a lot of music in it. I was wondering if I could use the same Apple Music account I had before on my new phone so I don’t have to go and find all of the music I had before? And if so, how to do that.

iPhone 6s, iOS 12

Yes you can as long as your Apple Music subscription is still active, using the same Apple IID you used for Apple Music

in settings sign into iTunes & App Store

in settings - Music - turn on iCloud music library & “Show Apple Music”
