Can’t turn off screen time

I’ve been trying to turn off screen time and I go into the screen time place In settings and there is no option to turn it off and if anyone knows how that would be great.

Scroll way down to the bottom.

Settings > Screen Time > [scroll down] > Turn off Screen Time
