Why i can no longer find profiles and management in general>settings ?

Where can I see Installed Profiles in iOS 16 I am testing an app. I had to go through following steps: "This website is trying to download a configuration profile. Do you want to allow this?" "Profile downloaded. Review the profile in Settings app if you want to install it". Then in Settings I see "Profile Downloaded" which I then go on to install. Where can I then go later on to see installed profiles?

That means you have no profiles set up.
