deleted my mail app

I understand that you’ve deleted the Mail app from your device, and I'm happy to help. You can download the Mail app in the App Store as described here:

Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12 or later device or Apple Watch

If your emails are not present after installing the app, you can add your accounts using these instructions:

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Open the App Store and search Apple Mail wait for it to download and it should be fixed you may have to sign back in to Mail.
