I'm buying a macbook pro 13 " 2018 from Argentina, but a friend will receive at the hotel. Which telephone number do I have to give when buying? I can't give mine since it says a USA mobile number.

I cannot answer that since you are supposed to only use the Apple store in your own country of residence, but want to caution that you may face import duties when returning and difficulties getting warranty service in a different country.

Apple only delivers good in the country of purchase.
You can NOT buy in the USA for delivery outside the USA.
Only thing that comes to mind is warranty. My best guess would be the warranties are restricted to that country.
