Update on iPad
I seem to have done everything to try and update my iPad but it still isn’t allowing me and it’s frustrating

Depending on the model iPad you own, it may not be eligible for updating.
What model iPad and what iOS version are you running.
If you are stuck at iOS 9.3.5 or iOS 10.3.3, you either have iPad 3 or iPad 4, neither of which can be updated beyond those levels.
