Hello, my sister changed the password on the iPad, forgot it and blocked the iPad. When trying to unlock it through a computer, you had to enter an apple ID, which she doesn’t remember at all (not the password, not the Apple ID itself (username)). what to do in this situation? We have a check confirming the purchase of iPad.

In order to get assistance from Apple, you need the original purchase receipt. They won't accept a check. The receipt would validate the Serial Number and validate you are the original owner.
