Backup ONLY photos to iTunes on Mac

I want to backup only my photos in my iPhone to my iTunes on Mac. How can I do this? I’ve been searching all over the internet, but I can’t found it. Thanks

You can copy the photos to your Mac : Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

An iTunes backup backs up everything, you can't only backup photos via iTunes.

I’m sorry I wasn’t clear enough. I know with that way, it will backup all my photos to my mac, but when I restore it on an iPhone, it won’t be on Camera Roll. I want to be able to restore it to another iPhone’s camera roll so it could be deleted and sorted by date.

There are no options for selective backup or restore. It is an all or nothing affair.
