aI've forgotten my Apple ID, and it's not on any device right now. Please help me to unlock my Apple Watch.

You managed to login here with an Apple ID so you have managed to remember at least one ID. If you setup your watch with a different ID, please see If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support for some suggestions. If you acquired a watch already locked with someone else’s ID we can’t help you, it can only be unlocked by the owner who set the ID.
