How do I remove on-screen keyboard from login screen? Keyboard appears only on login screen.
You are seeing the "Accessibility Keyboard". To turn it off, go to System/Preferences/Accessibility/Keyboard

You should be able to turn it off in the login options for users and groups, of maybe via Command Option F5. See these instructions for turning it on

Have tried doing this. It only works if there's an on screen keyboard after login.

Looks like Keyboard Viewer, check Sys Prefs>Users & Groups> login items for a start.
