Portrait in the back camera

I have a problem when I take pictures by the back camer, that the focus doesn’t work well I follow the instructions but doesn’t work,too!! But the portrait in the front camera work well and don’t have any problems in front camera. But all the problem in the back camera. Are there any solutions for this problem?! Thanks
