Battery won’t charge

If you have gone through the entire article and still need help, please contact AppleCare:

"If your device still won’t power on or charge, take your device, charging cable, and charging adapter to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for evaluation. You can also contact Apple Support"

If you have a spare charge cable and another Apple power block, test these with the iPad to rule out bad cables or a bad Apple power block.

If still no joy, follow sterling r’s advice above.

If you've tried all the suggestions you've been given and your iPad still won't charge, the only option left is to go to your Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service center for guidance.
