I bought 2666MHz DDR4 memory for my iMac 27" 2019 according to the support article, but it doesn't fit the card slots! The cards are about twice as wide as the card slots. I guess there must be some information missing, like the number of pins or similar that I should be looking for?

Thanks, it seems the key missing information is the "SO-DIMM 260 Pin" part. The ones I bought at dxshop.se were apparently "DIMM 288-pin"... Bummer.

Where did you get it?
Here are the correct ones from one of the two most recommended RAM vendors here
Be careful where you buy, a lot of places do not carry specific ones for Macs and Macs are very finicky about their RAM.
