I bought my MacBook air for school (apple, online) at the beginning of July. The Free Beats back to school promotion just started. Is there any way I can snag a pair, since I literally just bought my product before they announced the deal?

You would need to ask Apple; however, according to these terms, the promotion only runs from July 9 - September 26.
