Unable to play videos on my camera roll or Snapchat
i am no longer able to play videos from my camera roll or play videos on my Snapchat. How do I fix it?

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today playing videos on your iPhone. It sounds like you can't play videos on SnapChat or in your Photos app.
If you are on other apps do videos play? YouTube or Facebook would be examples or even videos through Safari.
Have you restarted the iPhone yet? Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Have you tried playing these videos on another network or even cellular data?
Is your iPhone updated to iOS 12.3.1? Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
