WiFi Connection Issue

Why is it that my MacBook Air cannot connect to internet on a certain user? At first I thought that the problem may be with my MacBook since I could connect to internet on my phone. However, I tried to see if I could access internet using the “Guest” user and it worked fine. I don’t understand why WiFi doesn’t work on my personal user. Can anyone help?

Try This:

  • Remove Security Software: Remove security software, as it may overruling things by use of Parental Controls and port access.

  • Rid this Wi-Fi Connection from your Mac: For thought, it seems you may have fiddled with the connection too much. Rather than reconfiguring it, just remove it, reboot the Mac, add it back, and try the connection once more.

  • Safari History and Cache: On the Safari-side of things, try ridding your Mac these Safari Temporary Internet Files.
