Apple ID activation problem

I deleted my apple ID but I am remembering all information ...

I reset my iPad settings and after that my old apple ID didn't work for activate device. How I can fix that.

Hello,

Unfortunately if you do not have access to the device’s associated Apple ID then there is nothing you can do to disable Activation Lock.
