can't play or download my music library even though i have iTunes match. apple doesn't not recognize library I tried updating iCloud music library but just keeps saying doesn't recognize. my mac is unto date also. what can i do?

Cannot load library Hi, I just updated my Windows to Windows 10 and downloaded iTunes. Unfortunately, the following message appeared that loading access to my iCloud library failed. I can access every other tab without any problem, but I can't access my library - neither added albums nor playlists. On Apple Music, I can function normally and browse my library. Try holding down option+cmd to open your library in safe mode.

Try signing out of your Apple ID and back in again.

Try turning iCloud Music Library off and then back on again.
