can't play or download my music library even though i have iTunes match. apple doesn't not recognize library I tried updating iCloud music library but just keeps saying doesn't recognize. my mac is unto date also. what can i do?

Try holding down option+cmd to open your library in safe mode.

Try signing out of your Apple ID and back in again.

Try turning iCloud Music Library off and then back on again.
