Can use iTunes purchase

I have purchased a iTunes card and loaded it to my account but when I try to make a purchase it’s telling me the purchase did not go through and to go to iTunes support

Itunes So I bought an iTunes card for robux and I made one purchase but when I go to buy the next one it keeps saying to go to the Apple website in supporting iTunes but there’s nothing on there that’s helping with my iTunes and she won’t let me buy another transaction
