One can no longer get to that page from "less deep" in the path - remove the filename or any or all of the directory path and one inelegantly gets a BLANK page with TAB titled "Not Found"

There used to be "bigger sibling" pages - I remember them from a couple of years ago
That page is an orphan - though I imagine if one added a couple of words it might be accurate

You are not asking Apple here. We are end users volunteering with technical issues.
