You cannot then. Only the carrier who holds the lock can remove it. If yours will not do so, then your device cannot be unlocked.

BTW, anyone claiming they can do so is lying to you - they can hack it, but they cannot truly and permanently unlock it for you.

There is nothing you (we) can do. Only that carrier can unlock your device.
