Now my account has been withdrawn in the amount of 449 rubles for purchases on iTunes, which I did not commit. help return the money

Does it show on your iTunes account's purchase history ? If it does, and if you claim you didn't do it, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

If it doesn't show, and if it's not : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support, contact the card issuer
