New ipad
My old ipad crashed and cannot open. Bought new ipad. Is there a way to transfer info off old ipad to new ipad?

If you had an iCloud Backup or a backup to a computer via iTunes, see: Transfer content from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you had data synced to iCloud via the options at Settings > [username] > iCloud > (e.g., Contacts, Notes, iCloud Photos, iCloud Drive, etc), turn on those same options in the new device and the data will automatically sync to it.
