iTunes Playlist Folder combined all of my playlists somehow? Is there a way to undo it?

As I was creating a playlist folder, I hit command-z a few times to undo it, and in that time, it reversed naming the folder. However none of the playlists returned to their original position in the library and all of them have now been combined inside the folder.

Has this ever happened to anyone? Is there a way for me to get my sorted playlists back?

If Time Machine is backing up your library you should be able to restore your iTunes Library.itl database to a snapshot taken from before things went wrong.
