Cannot sign in. In app store and itunes. 4 days ago i opened appstore for downloading some app but i faced a problem. I couldn’t download any app from app store . Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.
