My Apple Music won’t work but I’m being charged. Every time I click on a song it it just freezes then tries to keep reloading the song before moving onto the next one and when I go to my library the song is there but when you click it the same thing happens again.
I’ve checked my iCloud music library and everything is set up fine with ‘show Apple Music, add playlist and iCloud download’ all switched on I’ve tried resetting my phone but it just keeps happening every time I download.
Maybe Apple Music is working fine (i.e. play a track through For You/Browse/Radio/Search function in the Music app), and your issue is with your iCloud Music Library.
