i want to restore my iphobe backup to my ipad, i have done my backup but its encrypt and i have forgot how is my pasw for encrypt backup , so anyone here know how to remove that encrypt pasw?

THere is no way. I got stuck in the same situation and the only way to remove that password is to reset all settings.
About encrypted backups in iTunes - Apple Support
There are instructions as to how to get around it....which isn’t really getting around. You’d need to reset all settings on the phone, then make a new backup. It will take time and the downside, all your tweaked settings will need to be retweaked.
Basically it tells you how to make a new backup with a new password and start over.
