How to turn off an Apple Watch with a cracked screen

How to turn off an Apple Watch with a cracked screen? I have a series 3 Apple Watch that I need to turn off. The side buttons won’t work to give me the option to power it off but I cannot slide the toggle to actually turn the watch off. I need to do this so I can switch my cellular carriers to a new watch. Any suggestions
