The item is not longer available at App Store

I have paid a app for using vpn twice times. But it’s dose not work until I paid. Every time I try to connect, but it’s tips I need buy the expire. I want to refund my money, and this item is no longer available at App Store. I cannot contact with app’s developer. What should I do? Thanks

If the purchase was done recently, and if you can't contact the developer, contact iTunes Support and see what they say : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
